Grinding Microbeads

The grinding microbeads independently developed and produced by ZC-TECH are made of nano-alumina powder as the primary raw material, a small amount of zirconia as the toughening phase, and are prepared by an advanced titration molding process. Ensure that the beads have high hardness, fracture toughness, crushing strength, and excellent internal and external uniformity and compactness.

It is used to grind ultra-fine powders in industries such as non-metallic minerals, non-ferrous metals, battery materials, nanomaterials, liquid crystal display (LCD)screens, and touch screen pigments.

1. Dense and uniform microstructure, fine grains: PPM-level abrasion;
