Heat retardant fine aluminum hydroxide that is researched, developed, and manufactured by ZC-TECH focuses on solving lower initial heat decomposition temperature and narrow application scope of aluminum hydroxide. The project mainly researches the preparation method of Heat retardant fine aluminum hydroxide, explores a set of measures to control particle size and regulate comprehensive utilization property, develops new aluminum hydroxide flame retardant with good thermostability and high-temperature resistance, and establishes the process flow system with efficient production, energy conservation, and emission reduction. After technical optimization, aluminum hydroxide flame retardant has obviously improved initial decomposition temperature and wide application in the high polymer material field with higher processing temperature.

Featuring high initial decomposition temperature and even particle size distribution, the prepared high-temperature resistant fine aluminum hydroxide can be applied to numerous fields such as automobile instrument panel, household appliance enclosure and accessory, LED lightbox enclosure, low voltage electric appliance housing, electronic and electric appliance element, and nylon.
